a. All Ordered, everything shipped except the art totes
b. 1st Place: 4 canvases and a set of acrylic paint- will be decorated with ribbon
c. 2nd Place: Sketchbook and pencils in a art styled tote bag
d. 3rd Place: Sketchbooks neatly decorated with ribbon

2. P.O/Paperwork needed
a. April filled our P.O for staple guns and black paper
b. Gia will fill out P.O for prizes-Filled Out
c. Sofia will fill out announcements
d. P.O for invitations and tape- Gia
e. Maintenance has been filled out

5. Decorations
a. Tablecloths- Gia will talk with Ochoa
i. 3 needed for decorations- good to have extra

6. Set Up
a. Bowers will take care of organization
b. April will make groups so set up will be more efficient

7. Schedule for gallery of the arts
a. March 16th-day of the event
b. Time: 6:00 to 8:00
c. DIstrict will come in at 5:30-6:00 for judging
d. Open at 6:00
e. Poetry-6:15
f. Choir performance 6:30
g. Band at 6:45
h. Rafeal- 7:00 Play his instrument
i. Q and A with Felver and Rafeal
j. 7:45- wrap up and prizes

8. Publicity
