Position Assessment:
May has blossomed to be a month of growth and reflection. Throughout this month I
have participated in Love Ripon, completing my elder project’s final stage, I conducted my mock
interview, helped plan the banquet, attended the Modesto conference, a board meeting, and
paperwork for the challenge. I enjoyed participating in the Love Ripon community service
project as my group was able to efficiently complete the task at hand, even after a little
confusion. The final part of my elder project which needed completion was uploading everything
to my website. Therefore, evidence of donation, publicity, emails, and results were all
tablecloths for the banquet. I also had written a few teacher thank you write-ups, and a write up
for a staff award however my staff award was not presented. I also attended the modesto
conference where I learned that one man from a small town really knows how to use a
basketball. Attending board meetings this past month has also been something on my agenda,
and I do enjoy attending them. In this month of crazy and AP testing I have also been working on
The Challenge procedure from paperwork and making sure I’m up to date with all the
committees. In regards to my job position, I have been meeting with Davina weekly, and
Standing Committee
A standing committee I have contributed to this month has been Link Crew. I have been an
A.C.E this month and am always trying to influence a more inclusive environment for my peers.
Special Committee:
A special committee I have contributed to this month has been the Kyoto Exchange committee.
We have started working for this amazing event as I created an interest form and it was sent to
the Ripon district. Sofia, I, and our crew are extremely excited to organize the Kyoto Exchange
Mentorship Evaluation
Another month with the beautiful Aiyana, and I am blessed as always. In the months of April and
May, I have read a new chapter of Aiyanas life. I have watched her grow, watched her remain
dedicated to her education, spending 10 hours simply studying for human geography. I’ve
watched her spend hours on her W.A.S, and always sending kind messages of love when needed.
She’s an angel, one of a kind. Not one you bump into every day. I love her so much, and she’s
growing so fast it pulls on my heart strings, at the rate she’s going she might take my heart with
her. I am thankful for every moment I get to spend with this sweetheart.
One concern I would like to address is one in which I have been a part of, which is punctuality.
In the months of April and May, my punctuality, communication, and time management has
been arguably terrible. However, I have noticed my mistake(s). Therefore, I’m growing and
Positive Comment:
I’d like to give my positive comment to Jenna this month. I haven’t been the best ASB team
member this month, but she has been more patient than anyone with my behavior. Jenna is a true
leader. She has a great humor and smile that enchants one just looking at her beauty. Although at
times she may not notice it, she really is so charming. Her boss mode, her work ethic, everything
One change that I would like to see this year is inclusivity. Leadership tends to stay in cliques,
and there’s not much we can do about that. However, beyond the world of leadership, there are
other students. It’s hard to think that there are more faces than just those in the crammed
classroom we call home. So, as I’m trying to find a new friend group right now, and we all don’t
have to do the same thing, but simply interacting with more students, with each other, that’s a
My Impact:
My impact this month has been acceptance. I have accepted when I was in the wrong and the
areas I need to improve. I realize that I will never be always perfect, and that’s my impact, trying
to influence an atmosphere where perfection isn't the goal, but rather it’s growth. I have been
given the opportunity to be in charge of various clubs on campus. With that power, I would like
