ASB Report - December 2022

Position Assessment: For the month of November, Heaven and I took steps toward preparation

in regard to the Holiday Night Rally: doing the procedure form, talking to the freshmen about

everything, keeping everything organized, and communicating with all people and clubs

involved. The event was a huge success. I have also stayed on top of all my journals, except for

one, as well as portfolio pages and any other professional development work. I assisted anywhere

needed for Warm and Fuzzy week and continue to be someone my senior class officers can fall

on for Winterfest festivities.

Standing Committee: During the month of November, no special committee I am part of was

needed except for some prep work and reminders for Link Crew in regards to Warm and Fuzzy

week.

Special Committee: The only special committee I was part of was door decorations, however,

only small prep work was going on during November.

Mentorship Evaluation: Emme Wilbur and I continue to get along so well and she has learned

so much since the beginning of the semester! As speeches and applications for next year’s

leadership class come up, I will be a support system for Emme and assist wherever she needs me

to.
Concerns: For me personally, I have been and will be missing a lot of class for Leadership

because of soccer and so that is a bit stressful but other than that I have no concerns regarding

the class.

Positive Comment: I would like to leave a positive comment for the freshmen. Warm and Fuzzy

week was a huge success and many students and staff members have shared very positive

feedback. The events and dress-up days were chill, festive, and fun. Shout out to the freshies for

this success!

One Change: One change I have is to add to the ASB report or Journal a section for “small

celebrations.” We have the positive comment and this could possibly replace it, but I would

enjoy reflecting on the positive things that happened throughout the month or week- and it can be

the smallest, most simple things! Appreciating the small things is one thing I wish more of us,

including myself, did more often.

My Impact: I will continue to make a huge impact at rallies with my positivity and high spirits. I

plan to keep the student body pumped and happy to be part of this high school!
