ñaët vaø baûo trì caùc heä thoáng ñieàu hoaø khoâng
khí vaø thoâng thoaùng gioù vôùi chaát löôïng vaø
tính thaåm myõ cao cho caùc nhaø maùy, sieâu
thò, nhaø cao taàng, khu coâng nghieäp phöùc
hôïp, nhaø maùy döôïc phaåm vaø caùc coâng trình
treân bieån.
Caùc heä thoáng ñieàu hoaø khoâng khí vaø thoâng
gioù do chuùng toâi cung caáp ñaùp öùng caùc tieâu
chuaån nhö ASHRAE, SMACNA,
EUROVENT…
Chuùng toâi trang bò ñaày ñuû caùc thieát bò kieåm
tra caùc thoâng soá kyõ thuaät cuûa heä thoáng nhö:
nhieät ñoä, ñoä aåm, löu löôïng, toác ñoä gioù, ñoä
oàn….
Ngoaøi ra coâng ty AÂu Chaâu cuõng trang bò
caùc maùy moùc vaø thieát bò ñöôïc saûn xuaát taïi
ñoaøn TROX Technik taïi Vieät Nam, moät
trong nhöõng nhaø saûn xuaát haøng ñaàu caùc phuï
kieän thoâng gioù cho heä thoáng ñieàu hoøa
khoâng khí vaø thoâng gioù nhö : mieäng caáp
gioù, mieäng hoài gioù, van chaén löûa, boä ñieàu
chænh löu löôïng gioù, boä ñieàu chænh löu
löôïng gioù töï ñoäng, caùc loaïi phin loïc gioù,
caùc thieát bò cho phoøng saïch. Taát caû caùc saûn
phaåm naøy ñöôïc saûn xuaát taïi Maõ Lai, Anh,
Ñöùc, Phaùp…..ñaùp öùng ñaày ñuû caùc tieâu chuaån
kyõ thuaät khaét khe cuûa caùc nöôùc coâng
nghieäp phaùt trieån.
Caùc saûn phaåm neâu treân ñaõ vaø ñang ñöôïc söû
duïng roäng raõi trong caùc heä thoáng ñieàu hoøa
khoâng khí vaø thoâng thoaùng gioù cho caùc
coâng trình nhaø xöôûng, nhaø cao taàng, sieâu
thò, beänh vieän, nhaø haùt, saân vaän ñoäng…tuøy
thuoäc vaøo yeâu caàu khaùch haøng, chuùng toâi
coù theå cung caáp töøng loaïi saûn phaåm rieâng
bieät hay heä thoáng hoaøn chænh. Hôn nöõa,
coâng ty chuùng toâi cuõng quen thuoäc trong
vieäc baûo trì vaø söûa chöûa caùc heä thoáng naøy.

1999. The company’s business scope
comprises manufacturing, supplying,
installing and maintaining high-quality and
state-of-the-art air conditioning and
ventilation systems for department
stores/supermarkets, high-rise buildings
and industrial complexes, pharmaceutical
factories and off-shore platforms.
The air-conditioning and ventilation
systems supplied by our company are in
accordance with standards set by
ASHREA, SMACNA and EUROVENT.
Our company offers instruments for control
of technical parameters including multi
measuring of: temperature, relative

Au Chau Co. Ltd will build a new factory
on a 4,400-square meter site, in Vietnam
Singapore Industrial Park in Binh Duong
Province in mid-2006. The factory will be
equipped with high-tech European
equipment such as plasmacutter florets,
controlled by the CNC program and
stitchwelder 1000s. We now have modern
machines such as tubeformers to make
spiral ducts with diameters from 80mm to
1200mm, and fittings machines for elbows,
tees and connectors among others.

Van ñieàu chænh löu löôïng gioù SLC nhieàu
caùnh ñöôïc thieát keá söû duïng cho heä thoáng
thoâng gioù, duøng ñeå ñieàu chænh löu löôïng vaø
aùp suaát. Xeâ-ri SLC ñuôïc thieát keá hình daïng
theo hình vuoâng, chöõ nhaät, troøn vaø o-van
phuø hôïp vôùi vieäc noái oáng gioù.
Khung vaø caùc goùc ñöôïc laøm töø theùp maï keõm
vôùi ñoä cöùng vöõng cao phuø hôïp vôùi vieäc noái
vôùi maët bích oáng gioù. Caùc caùnh laø loaïi song
song, 2 lôùp vôùi ñoä kín cao aùp duïng cho caùc
oáng gioù yeâu caàu ñoä roø ræ thaáp. Van coù theå laø
loaïi ñieàu chænh baèng tay hoaëc baèng ñoäng cô
ñieän hoaëc khí neùn.
SLC multi-leaf volume control dampers
have been specifically designed for use in
ventilation systems for volume, flow and
pressure control. Type SLC dampers are
available for square, rectangular, circular
and flat oval ducting.
The casing is a rigid and robust assembly
formed from channel frame with re-
inforcing corner brackets incorporating
corner holes to suit most flange system
ductwork. The blades are extruded double
skin aerofoil section. Damper has opposed
blade action. Blade tip seals can be fitted
for low leakage applications. The dampers
can be fitted with hand locking quadrant or
can be operated by electric or pneumatic
actuators.

Besides the existing equipments and

the high-tech machines from Europe to
fabricate the spriral ducts and its fittings.
The detail is as the following.
