Executive Summary
House of Pastries start a business since 1st November 2022 and was
officially registered on 2022 at SSM as a partnership business. House of
Pastries offers premium pastry products such as croissants, tarts, cronuts
and cakes. Basically, our business is for dessert lovers. As a partnership
business we all had made a loan with MAYBANK amounted RM200,000.
So, with this capital our company operating management had bought
convection oven, planetary mixer, proofer machines, showcase, blender,
fridge, water filter, chiller and other assets. House of Pastries also have
regular customer which is from family members who love to eat desserts.
The business was established to meet the demand of customers to get
quality pastry products at reasonable price. Besides, for our first store is
located at strategic place which is near the Bentayan Muar bus station LOT
10, JALAN ABDULLAH 84000 MUAR, JOHOR. During 1 month
operation, our business has successfully developed in Johor.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
House of Pastries is a partnership business doing business as pastries is a
Malaysian halal guaranteed bakery chain company established in 1 st
November 2022 by Siti Anggun Juwita Binti Allen. It provides cakes and
pastry products in a service environment. The idea to set up House of
Pastries arise on the demand and also with affordable price which is within
RM7.00 to RM102.00 only. This is also a Muslim’s product and there is a
special demand for ordering a favorite pastry product from Muslim Bakers.
House of Pastries also baking new pastry products and selling the pastry
products.

As the leading and largest cafe chain in Malaysia with Halal certification
granted by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (JAKIM),
House of Pastries is committed to continuing to comply with the standards
of all food preparation and processing plants in the bakery in accordance
with the rules of guidelines including HACCP and VHM guidelines.

This business plan is prepared to get financial loan from MAYBANK to

purchase additional equipment convection oven, planetary mixer, proofer
machines, showcase, blender, fridge, water filter, chiller and other assets.
This loan will be paid in monthly installments as stipulated in the
agreement. Besides the purpose of financial loan, this business plan is
provided as a guideline to management in conducting business operations as
well as monitoring business performance to achieve the mission and vision
