The benefit of technology for students

In today’s modern age, technology is mandatory to our lives, especially in this 21st century

where technology can be found all around us. Therefore, it is no surprise that students are

dependent on technology. Technology does not only make students’ lives easier but also

makes teachers’ lives more practical. Technology can save a lot of precious time and energy.

For example, students can instantly get the latest information from teachers and students can

communicate and interact with teachers virtually. Students will not have to carry worksheets

in their backpacks and do any handwritten works anymore. Moreover, technology can save

money. Students don't have to spend money on buying printer’s ink and A4 papers to print

out materials for school. There is no need to print each worksheet and waste paper and

students will not feel anxious when the materials are ruined or left at home. With that being

said, technology is environmentally friendly as it can save paper and reduce waste in the

school. This is also a good practice to be instilled among the students and teachers in order to

keep the school surrounding clean. In a nutshell, technology can improve our lives if we use

it wisely.
