Reflection / Insights
Numerous advantages from the physical activities I engaged in this week will support my continued fitness and health. I
created a physical activity schedule that suited my busy schedule and comfort zone. Thanks to this collection of physical
activities, I was able to finish all of them on time and feel good about how I performed this week. This past week, I
consumed food that was bad for my health and shouldn't be done frequently. I'll continue my diet phase of eating salad
and vegetables starting next week.
