Lesson Delivery:
1. Teacher highlights the grammar focus (negative of ‘going to’) of the lesson.
2. Pupils complete the table (Activity 2) by ticking the respective information on the texts read. They check the answer after
reading the texts for the second time. Then, pupils correct the sentences in Activity 4.
3. Pupils listen to the audio and circle the correct answers (affirmative/negative).
Post Lesson: Review the vocabulary from this lesson by asking which words belong to which celebration.
