As part of our annual safety program and for the effectiveness in our organization’s
emergency preparedness and response in case of fire. We want to raise awareness of
fire hazards in our workplace and how to act safely in the event of an emergency fire
situation, including selecting and using a fire extinguisher to train our employees in
your fire safety procedures.

We would like to request in your good office to conduct a fire safety seminar as well
as an actual fire drill on our premises with pupils and school personnel if possible, this
coming April 4, Tuesday at 1:00 pm. This will be held at L. Payan Integrated School.

Please grant me permission to have a fire safety lesson and, if possible,

a real fire drill on our campus with students and school staff on
Tuesday, April 4 at 1:00 p.m. This will happen at L.Payan Integrated
School. For the effectiveness of our organization's emergency
preparedness and fire response as part of our yearly safety program. In
order to train our personnel in fire safety measures, we wish to
increase awareness of the fire threats in our workplace and how to
respond to situations in the event of an emergency fire situation,
including choosing and using a fire extinguisher.
