    Saturday March 18, 2023, I woke up at 7am and went to school when we arrived at the
    school. I prepared myself well to learn, we head immediately at the basketball court because
    the call time for our NSTP subject is 8:05

    We immediately lined up and checked attendance with our instructor. then the instructors said
    to carry the monoblocks to the 4th floor. After that, the NSTP officers introduce Sir John
    Michael Mapatac because he is the that gonna discuss, and he started the discussion about
    Disaster Preparedness (Earthquake) and Basic First Aid. The discussion ended well and he
    was awarded a certificate proving that his discussion was successful.

    I learned a lot there such as preparing oneself for a disaster, where to ask for help, the
    different types of disasters that can be experienced and the equipments and how to use them.
    And what I learned is that I can use it so that I can save and prepare my loved ones when
    disaster strikes.
