6. Service life
Like all pressure vessels, HYDAC bladder GB
accumulators have a finite service life. The
lifetime is dependant on the magnitude of the
pressure cycle, and also on the number of such
cycles.
The permitted stress cycles and the max.
fluctuation in pressure for the pressure vessel
are specified in the Declaration of Conformity.
The authorised representative can use this
data to determine the operational life of the
hydraulic accumulator depending on the
operating parameters of the hydraulic system.
