Extent of Work
Work elements to be included are as follows

Placing 50%
1) Removing template for anchor bolt
2) Preparation of foundation
3) Setting sliding plate, if required
4) Placing vessel and tank

Alignment 1) Alignment of vessel and tank 40%

2) Welding weld-up type washer of the anchor bolt
3) Fitting accessories as follows to
vessel by bolting and/or welding, if applicable
- Demister
- Davit
- Jack bolt for manhole
- Drainpipe
- Other accessories to be attached to vessel and tank

Final Check 1) Cleaning and checking the inside of vessel and tank 10%
2) Replacing temporary gaskets of such opening
flanges as follows with permanent gaskets;
- man-hole
- hand-hole
- other opening parts
3) Cleaning flanges surfaces where gaskets are
installed at site
4) Lapping ring gasket to be set installed at site
5) Final check as per the Technical Documents
