    Termination notice of the deed of lease


    As per the deed 2248, registered Ledg. A604/133 on 16/12/2022, This is to give you
    3 months termination notice as agreed under condition 12 in the above mentioned deed
    and as per mutual understanding.

    Since we are planning to shift ASAP with the prevailing circumstances, humbly
    request you to settle our key money at the earliest. As agreed under condition 5 & 16 of the
    mentioned deed.

    House keys will be handed over upon as agreed.

    Please consider this as the official 3 months termination notice of the deed of lease.
