Partnership: Government

- We made our deal with our partnership throughout the business to enlarge the
business flow by participating and conducting into many events. This will make our
sales increase by years.
- By conducting event, we can manage to get our sponsor for the products

Target Audience: Big Company such as AdvanLED

- Our main target is to get partnership with AdvanLED company because they is the
one of the biggest company in Malaysia to supply traffic light. So that they can brings
our idea to construction to make our product became more successful.

Value preposition: Industry sector and price

- Our product was made to prevent the any kind of incident of pedestrian in road who
want to cross the road without even care about the traffic light green or red. School is
the suitable consumer because a lot of incident happen in school involving kid that
want to cross the road. This will make the community there feel safer and to prevent
from any kind of incident happen.
- Our product can be quite expensive but with this resolution, pedestrian will be more
safer to cross the road.

Distribution channel: Own transport

- Our product will be delivered as soon as possible once the payment were made
using our own transportation which is lorry.

Cost structure: Fixed cost and service

- The maintenance of our product is quite expensive, we need to change those


pedestrian area a bit because we will use some electronic sensor and many thing
that need to change.
Commission of each sale

- Each product that was sold to our potential customer, there will be a 5%
commission to the sales agent. The more the agent manage to sale, the more
commission the agent will get.
