Good morning Marlyn and everyone else on the email

This what I need done I want to put Marlyn in charge of the gathering and
speaking with ALL the suppliers of New and Used equipment at Caterpillar
and Komatsu locally and aboard

We need to get ahold of these requests for parts I need them at least filled with
pricing when they appear as requests, we cannot wait months to get quotes.

Bouba, give all contact information to Marlyn let her start dealing with them

Marlyn, setup whatever appointments at the OFFICE so everyone can come in

and meet you and go over what the Company needs ASAP right now.

Mira and Bouba will coordinate everything after the request pricing has been
filled in for filing and tracking the orders

Abdoul will follow up everything that is requested and whatever can be

obtained at the MARKET he handle, this has be done ASAP as the requests are
given.

Jimmy, Jerome, Abdoul and Modibo should be checking these requests to

suggest the fastest way to get pricing on the parts and the tracking of how long
the requests stand without information.

If there are any questions please feel free to ask but this needs to happen ASAP

After disassembling and inspecting the components of the GRADER G-1

gearbox.
Please find attached the list of requests made by Jimmy for the repair.

Two lists:
1 - For first gear and reverse
2 - For second gear and reverse
