After using the teamwork evaluation form table to evaluate everyone's teamwork ability, as well
as myself, we can see that our teamwork ability is not completely good, total score of group 3's
is 17 points. The score is not high, but it still classified as "teamwork needs to improve".
Regardless of the outcome, we'll discuss in more detail at each category.

The questions that group 3 scored 3 points in total are 2, the questions are number 5 and
number 6. Through the weeks of working together, we still haven't found a suitable leadership
style for everyone to work together, and the group work has not been harmonized as a team,
which has caused problems and led to the fact that we did badly in the requirements for the
first draft of the essay. Moving on, the questions that get two points are questions 2, 4, and 9.
Specifically in the question "the team members feel confident in all of the group assignments
that they have completed." I offer two points since, while working according to the standards
and order, an essay written by a group of people will not share the same writing style. As a
result, my team members and I had to modify the final product many times.

In terms of my performance over the weeks of group work, despite comprehending the
asignment and the objectives, I continued to look for incorrect information and argue poorly. As
a result, the reader does not grasp or understand what I mean. Also, Khoi (leader) commented
on my writing and expression in the group essay, inwhich I am still extremely bad at and need to
improve. But, I consider myself to be someone who is extremely responsible for the group's
deadline and does not interfere with everyone's job progress, and in general, I am someone
who is not scared to ask others on the group chat for the things I'm not sure about.

Finally, based on my experiences in this group, I came to a conclusion on what a team requires
to work properly. We should agree on ground rules such as group work time, leadership, and
communication. Because we have to exchange messages a lot when we work, paying attention
to what we say is highly crucial in preventing conflicts in the group. Secondly, for seamless group
activities, the leader's leadership style is critical; whether or not the group survives is also
determined by the leader's leadership style. Lastly, the exact time to complete the activity, also
known as the deadline, we should create the timetable, offer the time, and the milestone to
prevent slowing the project's development.
