Work Experience

Nandoca
Nando's - Trowbridge
October 2022 to December 2022
I briefly worked at Nandos in a fast paced, stressful and very noisy environment. But always managed to
serve customers with a smile and go above and beyond to make their visit as pleasant as possible. I feel
the fast paced and noisy aspects link back to customer service as I’m able to stay calm under pressure,
even with extreme business and lots of noise. I only had to leave as I was moving to NI

Pharmacy Assistant
Royal United hospital - Bath
October 2021 to June 2022
I worked in the pharmacy distribution team at the Royal United Hospital in Bath for several months.
My role included taking a stock list to my designated wards and noting down what medications they
needed, and how many. This was according to the stock list. After doing that, we would take our lists and
navigate a computer system which then relayed our lists to a robot that then dispensed the medication.
After that, we worked as a team to pack the boxes with the right medication, always making sure to double
check strength, quantity and medication name. This required attention to detail and strong teamwork as
there was a time limit and made this very target driven.
There were also times where I would answer the phone and note down information from wards and
process any particular requests they had for us, again, making sure I was friendly and professional.
Once a week, we would handle incoming stock deliveries of medication and input this stock into a
program, paying close attention to barcodes and names of products, showing a keen eye for detail. Once
again, this had time limits and often had the potential to become overwhelming, so keeping performance
consistent under pressure was important.

Tesco Customer Assistant

Tesco - Trowbridge
September 2019 to October 2021
I began working at Tesco Trowbridge as a Customer Assistant, keeping shelves stocked, and fulfilling
customer’s needs with a focus on customer satisfaction. I had several employees contact customer
service on my behalf to relay my above and beyond style of working with customers.
After working on my department for a little while, I used my own initiative and decided to branch out into
other departments in the store, this shows my willingness to learn and my ability to adapt to new roles
and environments I wasn’t particularly familiar with initially.
I spent some time on the customer service desk and handled incoming phone calls with upmost politeness
and professionalism, always keeping the customer’s needs as my upmost priority.
Having completed an A-Level in Computer Science I have high competency in Excel and most outlook
based software.
