serve as a guide in achieving lifetime fitness.
Learning Competencies Demonstrate understanding on the basic concept of physical
fitness, components of physical fitness, health related fitness,
skilled related fitness and the importance of being physical fit.
Learning Materials MAPEH Book 10 by: Vergara, Lugue, Ramirez, Projector,
Laptop, Marker, Speakers, P.E. uniform.

Execute 15 minute run, 50 meters sprint
