our house is the position of our
circuit breaker. When it rains, the
area where our circuit is located gets
dripped by small droplets of water
which makes it dangerous and
hazardous.
The (2) Possible Events that may
happen during this occurrence
includes damaging electrical wirings
and the circuit breaker itself by the
moisture entering the panel. It may
also cause rust the bottom and
interior of the panel box. Water-
damaged circuit breakers may fail to
trigger when an electrical overload
occurs, resulting in overheating,
arcing. In a worst case scenario, it
may start a fire caused by short-
circuits.
The (3) Susceptible family
members on this hazard are all the
members of my family. Since this
circuit is the main source of our
electricity, it may affect all its
connections that may harm all the -

people in our house. Moreover, it
may also affect the close wire
connections in the neighborhood
making it possible for our neighbors
to be affected.
The (4) Reason of Vulnerability
on this hazard includes a failure on
the interior arrangement of the
circuit. Moreover, the vent on the
roof that causes the water to drop
indoors may also affect.

Stair-way to Heaven

The (1) Hazard that I have seen in our
that it is common and prone to injury-
causing-risks.
Since our house is an old model house
and our stairs is made up of wood. The
distance of every step in stair is pretty
high. The stair is slippery and do not have
handrails, so losing your balance in stair
may lead you to fall. The (2) Possible
Events that may happen when you fall
from staircase can lead to injury example,
a broken bone, dislocated and sometimes
it can lead us to death.
The (3) Susceptible family members on
this hazard are all the members of my
family. Since this stair is used by all of our
family members, all of us may be prone to
this hazard.
The (4) Reason of Vulnerability on this
hazard includes someone losing their
steps while being distracted during a
conversation. Moreover, the stairs don’t
have handrails to grab onto if someone
will lose balance. The stairs may also
break suddenly or will be too slippery.

Dangers of Modernized Comfort Rooms

our house is the position of electric
heater or electric shower. Since it is
located in my comfort room, the
tendency to make it wet is high
which makes it hazardous.
The (2) Possible Events that may
happen are when water heaters, if not
installed or maintained properly can
cause electric shocks. If the
thermostat malfunctions, the water
might become dangerously hot,
resulting in severe burns. It may
potentially pose a fire hazard.
Furthermore, because electricity is
utilized to power the heating
components, there is a risk of
electrocution if the electricity is not
insulated from the water that flows
on your body when showering.
The (3) Susceptible family
members on this hazard is only me,
since I am the only one that is using
this bathroom. My grandparents uses
other bathrooms making them less
exposed to this hazard.

Connect the Drops

The (1) Hazard that I have seen in our
kitchen sink. Since water is not a good
conductor of electricity, it may cause
electric hazards.
The (2) Possible Events that may
happen during this occurrence includes
someone getting electrocuted and feel
electric shocks. This may also cause short
circuit or even worse, death on the people
inside the house.
The (3) Susceptible family members on
this hazard are all the members of my
family. That is because all of us are
circulating around our house often times,
especially the kitchen. This may cause
higher probability of exposure.
Since it's our only kitchen sink, there
may be (4) Reason of Vulnerability on this
hazard including getting the socket wet by
accident due to its distance near the
kitchen sink. Furthermore, the kitchen has
lots of liquid substances that is used in the
kitchen as either condiments or drinks
which may cause the vulnerability move
up.
