Reflection

Planning involves setting goals, and these predetermined goals are accomplished with the help
of managerial functions like planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling. As the saying "If you
do not know where you are going, you will end up someplace else." – Yogi Berra. Thus, a personal life
learning plan assesses and enhances my physical, mental, and emotional state. This will make me more
globally competitive in this 21st-century progressive development and its challenges.

In crafting and developing my lifelong learning plan, awareness of 21st-century literacy must be
understood, observed, and analyzed so that gaps are visible for appropriate learning. My lifelong
learning plan must be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound to be efficient and
effective for personal development and recreation. Determining the gaps or the knowledge, skills,
attitude, and values that need to be developed and awakened as a 21st-century literate individual
requires appropriate learning intervention or self-learning exposure activities must be done and
explored. The PLLP require milestone or time frame of activities and exposure to learning to emphasize
leverage from the level of difficulties.

This learning plan needs support resources like professionals in the particular agency that could
train and tutor individuals in their 21st-century literacy skills and special needs. And also support
requirements that include financial and alternative resources, which can sustain and use during the
learning activities. Resourcefulness is needed to craft and develop the learning plan so that the
involvement of other stakeholder are catered to and emphasized. Networking with the LGUs, BGUs,
LGUs, and other NGOs helps to have a stable learning experience and exposure. My exposure to
different expertized training and program transformed me to become a better person.

Barriers and challenges are tangible in my lifelong learning plan's implementation, time, and
resources. This would hinder learning development and exposure, that ruin the lifelong learning plan.
With this, a solution and action point must be developed in my lifelong learning plan to strengthen and
make the plan flexible to its challenges and barrier. In doing this, the learning plan is more effective and
efficient for personal development. Solution and point must address and mitigate the effect of obstacles
and challenges that arise in the personal lifelong learning plan implementation.

Personal 21st-century literacy development and innovation are very important, especially in this
digital era. Personal learning development will manifest even in the professional carrier, position, and
life. With this, a personal lifelong learning plan must be used and developed because this will serve as a
guiding light for everybody needing help. This will ensure I am correctly guided and developed during
the implementation of the learning plan. Hence, success is not achieved by having a goal in mind.
Without a strategy, a goal is merely a wish, and daydreaming by itself seldom yields results. Specific
objectives and a carefully planned lifelong learning plan are necessary to go beyond wishful thinking and
achieve actual results. Personal self-assessment and analysis must do to test the validity and
effectiveness of a personal lifelong learning plan after the milestone of its activity. Aiming for perfection
is also striving for excellency.
