This job category includes personnel involved at operational level with the
rendering of clerical auxiliary services at school, which includes typing;
conducting routine correspondence; receiving school fees and the keeping of
a cash book, files, records and statistics; the channeling and/or issuing of
order forms for stock; the keeping of pupils admission register, as well as
rendering a general receptionist service which includes channeling telephone
calls and visitors, keeping diaries and arranging appointments.
