    Rail Vihar, Bhubaneswar

    Subject: Urgent repairing works required at Qr. No. C-71/G, Rail Vihar.

    This is to inform you that some repairing works are urgently required in the Qr. No. C-71/G, Rail
    Vihar. The abovesaid Qr. No. C-71/G has been allotted to me on 21/01/2021 and after a span of around
    (02) years, it needs some basic repairing works which are listed below:

    1. Flooring is required at Front Gate (Inside/Outside). Existing flooring is damaged and water
    logging is there.
    2. Stair plaster is heavily damaged on its back side and big chunks of concrete are in cracked
    condition below the stair. Needs urgent repairing.
    3. In the Puja room on the 1st floor, concrete racks should be dismantled or extended to install
    wooden temple.
    4. Net door is required at Front & Back side doors to prevent entry of mosquito & rodents.
    5. Front and back side main doors needs repairing as its fixtures are defective and not working.
    6. Tiles to be provided around Hall’s wash basin to prevent seepage around.
    7. In Main bedroom toilet, Mirror is required to be replaced as it is broken.
    8. Wash basin water connection is required in Main bedroom toilet.
    9. Water tap connection is required at the First floor and back side of the quarter.
    10. Whitewashing of the Quarter and painting (Doors/windows/grills) is required (Inside/outside).
    11. Toilet pipe of the C-71/F quarter is broken and water spilling on the backside wall of Main
    bedroom. Water seepage at the wall also needs repairing.
    12. 02 door & 03 window frames became hollow & damaged due to termite. The same needs
    replacement/Repair.
    13. Wash basin pipes (03 Nos.) are in damaged condition, should be replaced.
    14. Trimming of Jackfruit tree branches in the backyard is required to prevent entry of rodents
    through.
    15. Nylon Net in 02 Kitchen window & 01 Hall’s window should be provided.
