Methodology:

(a) Prior Knowledge: (Recap, Brainstorming, Mind Mapping, etc.)

The teacher will recall the whole story again and ask some questions from the students to
check their prior knowledge like:

1: Which first thing the snake gives to Parvez?

2: Which thing the snake like the most?

3: What is a telescope?

After getting response from the students the teacher will announce the topic that today we are
going to complete part 2 of Exc. A on page#84.

(b) Explanation: (Based on Cross-Curricular Links)

The teacher will recall the story the story again and tell the students that the snake in the story
likes the music by Parvez on a flute that’s why gives a gold coin daily. Then he became rich and
built his new house. He then planted a twig given by the snake that grew into a fine tree and
provide fruits like Mangoes and Guavas on the very next day. He sold all his fruit to earn more.
So we can understand that helping someone is a good deed. Words meanings will be revised
again to improve the student’s vocabulary.

(c) Activity: Some easy riddles will be asked from the students like:

1: What kind of room has no doors or windows?

2: What has a face and two hands but no arms or legs?

3: What is yours but mostly used by others?

4: In alphabet what letter has got lot of water? In this way the students can enhance their critical
thinking easily.

(d) Wrap-up: It will be done through above mentioned activity.
