Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical
activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic
disease like heart disease and cancer

As an individual it is important that you are both physically and emotionally healthy.  Being
healthy makes you feel good and allows you to perform more effectively.

However, the world is now facing a dilemma wherein a lot of chaos where experienced by
the society. It is a fact that Covid-19 greatly affects the healthy living of families nowadays. 

In totality, Paaralang Elementarya ng Calingatan would inculcate to people the importance

of vegatables and fruits to the people. Because this is the only how to prevent or help our body to
experience the new kind of sickness that we experience now.

The academe believes that Covid 19 is never a hindrance to show how can we protect our
body. Thus, the latter believes the Bayanihan Heal as One can help realize people to make their
homes surrounded by vegetables and fruits.  

In lieu of this, the academe spearheaded ‘ Gulayan sa Paaralan’ to realize parents and
students that it is not too late to surround their vegetables and fruits this new normal era.
