General Instruction: This pre-test measures your ability to recognize principles and
concepts based on what you have learned in the previous topics/lesson.
TEST I - Direction: as you delve deeper into the nature of the written text as
connected discourse, you uncover its characteristics. Read the sentences below and
write YES if the statement describes a “text”, NO if it does not apply to the nature of a
text.
