“RICE PEST AND DESEASE MANAGEMENT SEMINAR”

Good day!

We are AGWAY CHEMICALS CORPORATION (based in Davao City), a leading distributor of

agricultural inputs in our country. We have a complete and updated package of technology
when it comes to modern farming activities.

In response to the problem concerning with the community quarantine, wherein the farmers
have limited access to the market PLACES, we will be conducting our “RICE PEST AND DESEASE
MANAGEMENT SEMINAR“ activity in your locality in coordination with our dealers which
primarily aims to help our farmers by providing them enough TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN RICE
PRODUCTION and new Farming Technology.

OBJECTIVES:

A. To provide and teach actual knowledge in identification of Insect pest and Damage in
the field.
B. To identify the common signs and symptoms of various diseases in the Rice.
C. To teach on IPM practice in Rice Farming.
D. Recommendation of product for the Insect pest and Diseases
E. Teach them for proper usage and disposal of pesticides Stewardship.

In accordance with guidelines mandated by the INTER AGENGY TASK FORCE (IATF) ON
INFECTIOUS DISEASES, we will make sure that proper safety and precaution shall be
observed to prevent the spread of the dreaded disease.
