GENERAL EXCLUSIONS ‫اإلستثناءات العامة‬

The following Treatments including Medical ‫ اإلجراءات وكافة‬،‫ التجهٌزات‬،‫ البنود‬،‫العالجات التالٌة بما فً ذلك الحاالت الطبٌة‬
Conditions, Items, Supplies, Procedures and all :‫مصارٌفها ذات العالقة أو التبعٌة مستثناة من هذه الوثٌقة‬
their related or consequential expenses are
excluded from this Policy:

a) Health Services, which are not Medically .ً‫ التً ال تكون ضرورٌة طبٌا‬،‫الخدمات الصحٌة‬ )‫أ‬
Necessary.

b) All expenses relating to dental treatment, .‫ أطقم األسنان وتقوٌم األسنان‬،‫كافة المصارٌؾ ذات العالقة بعالج األسنان‬ )‫ب‬
dental prostheses and orthodontics.

c) Custodial care; domiciliary care; private ‫رعاٌة العجزة؛ الرعاٌة المنزلٌة؛ التمرٌض الخاص؛ رعاٌة مساندة‬ )‫ج‬
duty nursing; respite care; rest cures. ‫) الخدمات ؼٌر‬1( ً‫ (ورعاٌة العجزة تعن‬.‫األسرة؛ رعاٌة ألجل الراحة‬
