2 Air cargo
The main international airport in Albania is this of Tirana
(http://www.tirana-airport.com/). The airport may be used for transport of
persons and small goods.

2.2.3.3 Site access

Permanent permission to enter the existing substations shall be provided
with the work permit. Temporary permission shall be given following a
specific agreement with the Employer.

Permanent permission and possession of the new substation Tirana 3 and

permanent access roads (as necessary) will be provided with the
construction permission. Agreements with the concerned landowners (if
any) to obtain temporary permission to access the sites, fall within the
responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall bear all related costs.

Construction works at the site of the new substation will only be possible
after completion of the design and granting of permits for construction by
the relevant local authorities.
