III. Essay (5 points)
In 3-5 sentences, explain how will you protect yourself and your students from sexual harassment?
Sexual harassment is a deeply traumatic experience, not only for those who suffer it, but also for future
learners who may face the same situation. It's crucial to remember that the victim is never at fault. If you feel
uncomfortable or harassed, it's essential to take your space and speak up. Let the person know that their behavior is
unacceptable and that it needs to stop immediately.

Furthermore, it's essential to educate our learners about sexual harassment and the different forms it can
take. We need to create a safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable reporting any incidents of
harassment. We should reassure them that we are the right person to talk to and that we will take their concerns
seriously. By doing so, we can help prevent future incidents of sexual harassment and create a culture of respect and
dignity for all.
