    I remember when i was a child , my mom told me to eat fruits and
    vegetables because she said ,”the fruit bring to you energy “.She gave
    me fruit in my lunch box, but I didn’t eat the fruit because I didn’t like
    the taste of the fruit. I prefer to eat chocolate . One day, when I was in
    school I felt drowsy and exhausted, so my teacher took me to the topic.
    In the topic, the nurse told me to get some rest in my house. For that
    reason, I cutting class that day. When I returned to my house my mom
    grounded me. I asked her to forgive me. Since that day I started to eat
    fruits. Nowadays, I told my cousin to eat healthy food because it is
    good for the health and it can help to dont feel weak.
