MODEL KPP-PL
NAME PRIMARY PRESSURE
REGULATING VALVE
KPP-PL
1. APPLICATION
This valve controls the inlet pressure that the main purpose of the
pump and other equipment transferred to the fluid pressure, unstable
and stable, so the pressure for major equipment will be used to protect
the line.
2. SPECIFICATION
3. OPERATING PRINCIPLE
1) The inlet Pressure is located at the bottom of the disc, some disc
through the inlet pipe of a pressure valve located at the top of the
bottom and top of the disc consists of the balance of force.
2) The valve is closed by spring at the top of the disc.
3) When the inlet pressure fill in the pilot valve, the pilot valve disc
will became.
This pressure should be bigger than pilot valve setting
pressure, so it can make upstream power in to pilot valve. Than the
fluid upon the disc be opened pass to the outlet, and it can make
the pressure upon the disc. So finally the disc be opened by inlet
pressure.

bottom cover.
7.2 Repair
(1) Reducing valve in the piping of the cause of the failure of sand,
dust, etc., it is most.
Therefore, the bypass pipe line and of the foreign substance must
be removed through the strainer.
(2) Failure of Pressure gauge, leakage of by-pass valve, of strainer
and a correction of the causes of valve failure or anomalies.
