Reges Oceanfront Resorts Declares its Beaches Smoke-Free

A voluntary smoke ban for the resort’s outdoor spaces will be an enacted May 1, 2022

WILDWOOD CREST, N.J. - April 12, 2022 - Smoking is a danger to those actively smoking
or those who are exposed to it second-hand. The risks not only affect people, but it can also
affect the environment. Reges Oceanfront Resort recognizes these risks and voluntarily declared
the resort and its outdoor spaces smoke-free to protect their consumers and the surrounding
environment.

“I want to ensure that the guests at Reges Oceanfront Resort are safe and healthy and are able to
be in a stress-free environment. We are known for our oceanfront amenities and we want to
protect the environment,” said Anthony Mollica, President/General Manager at Reges
Oceanfront Resort.

Reges Oceanfront Resort aims to be environmentally friendly, reduce waste, and most
importantly, improve public health. The resort wants to provide a safe space to relax and
appreciate the beach aesthetics.

With the increasing risks and dangers of smoking, and the declining health of active smokers,
Reges Oceanfront Resort wants to protect their guests and help them live healthier lives. The
resort also encourages their guests to protect the beaches to ensure that the environment is
smoke-free to keep the beach aesthetic.

“I regularly stay at Reges Oceanfront Resort, and I really admire how much they care about their
guests and our health safety. I admire how they are also environmentally friendly, as many hotels
in the surrounding area are not cautious about their wastes, which makes me feel a lot better
staying at Reges Oceanfront Resort,” said Amanda Stevenson-Holmes, Reges Oceanfront Resort
guest.

Reges Oceanfront Resort offers numerous recreational activities on the oceanfront, and the resort
encourages the hotel guests to protect the beaches as well as themselves by enacting the
voluntary smoke-free ban at the resort.
