Tower: Philippine Airlines flight three four zero seven you are entering
Alaskan Airspace. Acknowledge.
Pilot: Affirmative.
Tower: PAL three four zero seven you are three miles from Alaska turn left
heading three six zero maintain two three zero zero approach runway two
three.
Pilot: Affirmative.
Tower: PAL three four zero seven approach. PAL three four zero seven
Alaska.

Tower: PAL three four zero seven approach. Delta one nine nine eight look off
your side, about five miles. Right for a dash eight. Do you see anything there?
Pilot: Negative. Therefore, one nine nine eight will just stop the button
nothing on.
Tower: PAL three four zero seven Alaska. Delta one nine nine eight you
have visual flight control conditions there?
Pilot: Negative. Where I am.

Tower: PAL three four zero seven, Alaska tower? How do you hear? We need
some, ground communication, we need to talk to someone at least five miles
North East. Okay. Massively clearances that area right in there. Thermock
area, either airport police department. We need to find out if anything is on
the ground. This aircraft is five miles out. All of a sudden we have no
response for the aircraft. Delta one nine nine eight you have AD, I say where
you're at?
Pilot: To be cleared all way down, I don’t think we’re building up anymore
now. It was six five zero zero down to three five zero zero maybe.
Tower: Okay Sir. Thank you. Delta one nine nine eight, it’s gonna be a delay.
Gonna bring you back around, expect a hold. Over. Jet blue fly, I’ll get back
to you. Apparently, we have an emergency, I’ll have to get back to you. For
our aircraft this frequency we did have a dash eight in over the market that
didn’t make the airport. He appears to be five miles away from the airport.
For Delta one nine nine eight I’m gonna bring you in on an approach if you
could give me a pilot report when you get two three zero zero. And if you
have any problem with the localizer, anything, let me know. However, we’ll
showing hollow in the green here.
Pilot: India Lima Sierra two three and we’re still in the India Mike Charlie
here at two three zero zero. Over.
Tower: You’ re getting any icing or anything there?
Pilot: Definitely the building, with that one half where would the engagement

Tower: Okay.
