more about the sport. They will learn the fundamentals of soccer and this can build
interest for them. They will also be able to take care of their bodies if they ever engage
in a physical sport.

lesson?) There will be two cones, a soccer ball, and the use of soccer fundamentals
used in this lesson.

diversity.) Every student should be able to engage in this activity as it is not physically
demanding. This activity does not require any prior knowledge of soccer.

For students with disabilities, they will be able to learn at their own pace so they are not
pushes beyond what they are able to do.

The shift that this lesson uses is knowledge and discipline. Students will take the
knowledge that they learn from this lesson and be able to use it out in the real world.

This lesson provides students with knowledge of motor skills and how to properly take
care of their bodies before and after exercise.
How did this lesson reflect academic rigor?
This lesson pushes students to learn things they they might have not known before and
challenges them to a new skill set that they can get better at with time.
How did this lesson cognitively engage students?
This lesson engages students because they have to focus on the task and hand and try
to be successful in doing this task. It also gives them a chance to know their bodies and
know how to warm up and cool down.
How did this lesson engage students in collaborative learning and enhance their
collaborative learning skills? This lesson provides students with a great learning
opportunity and challenges them to learning a new skill while also doing a teamwork
game that will teach them teamwork.
