    Reflection

    One of the lessons learnt is in designing simulations utilized in evaluation and the

    applicable guidelines to foresee that they are implemented to the highest level of consistency.

    However, of all the project phases, the evaluation stage came out as the most challenging

    phase of the project. Difficulty experienced in the project assessment was not anticipated as a

    health assessment is subjective. The real challenge in evaluating the validity, reliability, and

    objectivity had a great challenge, proving why more effort and attention should be given to

    this phase in future projects.

    Experience from the course includes the importance of a leadership function in project

    management. Management of a project requires the full support of stakeholders and

    leadership to make it successful. In addition, I learnt how to define and articulate an objective

    of a project. Other skills needed in applying for a job include being aware of where to

    outsource funds and how to use them, understanding customer needs, and building a product

    to satisfy their needs.
