    This specification documents is part of overall “Project Documentation” and is to be read in


    conjunction with the other parts, including the General Conditions of the Contract, The particular
    conditions of the Contract, the Drawings, and other Referred Documents of these Specifications. The
    Tenderer should ensure that they have been fully comprehended and included in the Scope of Works
    under this Contract.
