Videos games are good or bad for students?

I think that the use of video games has its side positive and negative.
On the positive side, video games help improve memory, concentration, and planning
since they force students to pay attention.
on the other hand, the excessive use of video games can negatively affect the lives of
the players, influencing the family, school performance and day-to-day life.
I would recommend the controlled and supervised use of video games.
