1. Motivation
“Pictionary”
Students will be group into 2 groups, one student from each group is chosen to start and they
must draw the subject-related concept you state, within a given time (30 seconds). The rest of the
group must then guess what he/she is drawing. The first group to correctly guess the word wins.
The game repeats until every student have had a turn/there are no more words on your list.

Lesson Proper
The teacher will demonstrate the proper preparation of Tuna sandwich:
INGREDIENTS:
✓ 4 pcs sliced white bread.
✓ 1 can tuna flakes in oil, drained.
✓ 1 (80mL) pack mayonnaise
✓ 1 tbsp chopped white onions or cut into rings.
✓ 2 pcs ripe tomatoes, sliced into rings.
✓ ½ pc cucumber, sliced thinly (optional)
✓ Lemon (half)
✓ 2 pcs of pepper powder (sachet)
✓ 2 bunches curly leaf lettuce washed and drained well.
STEPS:
▪ Wash your hands first, make sure to wear the following: Apron, food gloves prep, hairnet.
▪ Prepare the tools, utensils you’re going to use: Knife, chopping board, spatula, mixing
spoon, missing bowl.
▪ Prepare the ingredients on your side: 4 slices of bread, tuna flakes (drained), lettuce,
tomatoes (sliced into rings), chopped onions, pepper powder, half lemon, chopped
cucumber and mayonnaise.
▪ In a bowl, combine, tuna flakes, mayonnaise and chopped onions. To add taste, put salt,
pepper, and half squeeze of lemon.
▪ Next, arrange the slices of bread in a row on the tabletop or utility tray.
▪ Add the filling with 2-3 pcs of lettuce leaves, slices of tomatoes and cucumber and the
prepared tuna spread mixture.
▪ Get a sandwich wrap and put the sandwich on it to maintain freshness or refrigerate until
serving.
• Application
- Student will be called and will redemonstrate the preparation of Tuna sandwich and after
that,
- students will create their own sandwich and will apply the techniques and learning during
