INDIVIDUAL WORK APPLICATION PLAN

PLAN TO APPLY A NEW LEARNING BACK AT WORK. MAKE

YOUR PLAN SMART

1.) What is the specific new learning I am going to apply at work? (tool,
method, concept, suggestion)
-I'll use what I've learned, b y utilizing learning resources that learners may
identify with, such as online tools, tech gadgets, and social media sites like Google
Forms, Microsoft Teams, and Google Classroom. I will use a blended learning
strategy that blends in-person, online, and modular teaching techniques to put the
idea into practice and better understand student development and learning styles.

Specific – define it carefully with no unclear language.

Measurable – how will you track progress and measure the outcome?
Achievable – is it reasonable enough to be accomplished?
Relevant – is it meaningful for your work situation and the goals of your
organization?
Time-bound – when do you expect to have implemented your plan?

2.) How will I know that what I’ve applied has caused a successful outcome?
-Questionnaires, surveys, interviews, tests, and observations are some of the
most used assessment methods. Tools for evaluation should be included in a
learning experience so that instructors and students may assess whether the
learning objectives have been met.

TALK WITH SOMEONE ELSE ABOUT YOUR PLAN.

3.) What upcoming workplace activity, task or project provides an
opportunity to apply my new learning?
-An internship in teaching gives me the chance to put my new knowledge to
use. I can use all I've learnt and impart it to my upcoming students. Not just for the
obstacles of teaching, but also for those I would encounter at my future job, not
just in carrying out my duties, but also in managing and balancing a social life.

Talk with your line manager, a peer, or

a coach. Change your plan if you think
their ideas or insights can help.

4.) What key personal or business outcome(s) do I think this application of

new learning will impact? improved learners performance, efficiency,
customer satisfaction, workplace relationships?
- Since we are required to handle the problems we currently face as well as
prepare for potential future challenges, this application of new knowledge will
have an impact on learners' performance. In order to satisfy criteria or improve the
efficiency of the teaching and learning process, new knowledge should be applied
as learning is a lifelong process.

PUT YOUR PLAN INTO ACTION.

Carry out the activity, taking care to use the

specific new learning as you have planned. Take
it slowly and consciously work to follow your
plan.

REFLECT ON THE APPLICATION OF YOUR NEW LEARNING.

It might be helpful for you to talk this over with the person who shared
your plan.
Here are some questions to help you:

What actually happened? What were the outcomes?

What barriers or challenges did I face? How did I overcome them?
What went well?
What didn’t go so well?
What will I do next time to improve my performance?
What will I not do next time? What conclusions can I
draw?

THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO NEXT.

Now that you’ve completed a full

cycle of
PLAN, SHARE, IMPLEMENT
and
REFLECT, either:

use another workplace activity to PLAN another application of this

same learning, or
now PLAN to apply another new learning.
