     Your mentor MUST sign for actual mentorship days/hours; Activity Logs missing the required mentor signature(s) will not
    be accepted for credit towards mentorship hours.
     You are expected to document BOTH “mentorship” and “activity” hours
     Mentorship Activity Logs are due EVERY Monday. (-25points each day late, ZERO after 2 days)
     Students MUST show an average of 2 “mentorship” hour per week as well as 3 additional activity hours for course credit.
     You are expected to turn in a log each week, even if you are unable to meet with your mentor. If this is the case, please
    document when/how you plan to make up the hours on the back. You should still document “activity” hours.
     If you plan on using hours proactively, you must document number of hours and why.

    MENTORSHIP HOURS
    Hours spent with your mentor. These can include observing, helping, working on your product, meeting, talking, etc. Time
    you are actively working/interacting with your mentor on ISM material.

    ACTIVITY HOURS
    Hours spent on course work NOT with your mentor. These can include course assignments, research time for project, working
    on product at home or in class.
