Both definitions is referring to development of

living organisms. Most especially on the process
of formation, reproduction, fertilization, and
growth process. The purpose of studying these
processes is to understand the structure of
organisms as well as the appearances,
similarities, type of species, and even helps in
medical profession relating to identifying
malformations and disorders to birth defects.
