I. LEARNING OUTCOMES

A. Grade Level Standard: The learner demonstrate communicative competence


through his/her understanding of literature and other text types for a deeper
appreciation of World Literature and other text types for deeper appreciation of
World Literature.
B. The learner demonstrate understanding of how world literature and other text types
serve as a source of wisdom in expressing and resolving conflicts among
individuals,groups and nature reading,listening and viewing strategies, special
speeches for occasion,and structures of modification.
C. Learning Competency: Show appreciation for songs, poems,plays listened to
and share viewpoints based on the ideas presented in the material view.

D. Learning Objectives
At the end of 60-minute discussion the students should be able to:
1. identify the various social, moral and economic issues discussed in listening text;
2. analyze the cause and effects of the various issues and;
3. suggest opinion on various issues discussed in a text listened to.
