Journal Report
Day One - Week Seven
This week is our Seventh week on our practicum, The DPLMHS had a flag ceremony at 7:30am
that lasted no more than five minutes with just few announcements. At exactly 7:30 I went to my
G10 Reimann and started with the reports assigned to the class weeks before. Six groups were
able to report that consumed the time. Before ending the class I reminded the other groups about
their report. For G10 Ohm, they don’t have their regularly scheduled English session on
Mondays. By 8:30 in the morning, my final class for the day concludes. With the remaining free
time I had at DPLMHS, I decided to continue doing my lesson plan, Instructional Materials and
other requirements that I need to finish.

April 25, 2023

Day Two – Week Seven
On the second day of class, I resumed their report. After their reports, I gave the class another
activity wherein, they would read a selection about literature that is posted on the board and
instructed the class to answer a 10 item activity. With a few time left, I decided to let them check
their activity until the class ended. I started my class with 10-Ohm at 10:00 in the morning. I
didn't waste any time and start calling the groups who will be reporting that day. 8 groups were
able to report out of 11 groups. After the report, I dismissed my last period of the day with 10-
Ohm. I continued to evaluate some of my students' activities with the time I had left for the day.
Also, kept working on my lesson plan and teaching resources.

April 26, 2023

Day Three– Week Seven
On the third day of class, for 10 Riemann I started discussing the lesson thoroughly until the end
of the class. Before dismissing them, I reminded the class that I will be giving them a 25-item
activity the following day as well as I’ll be checking their notebooks. With 10 Ohm, the three
groups left reported their reports, after their reports I gave them an activity where they will read a
selection posted on the board and instructed them to answer a 10 item questionnaires. With much
time left, I started to discuss the lesson to the class thoroughly and reminded the class that I will
be giving the class a 25-item activity the following day and with that I ended my class with 10
Ohm.

April 27, 2023

Day Four– Week Seven
On the third day of class, it was announced that they are going to have their Career Guidance for
the entire day for three days, from Thursday – Friday and on Tuesday. At 7:30 I entered 10
Riemann’s room, while waiting for my coordinating teacher to start the career guidance. I
decided to give the class their activity for them to answer while waiting. After 20 minutes the
class finished their activity and at the same time my coordinating teacher has arrived to
administer them for the career guidance. While 10 Riemann is having their Career guidance, I
went to 10 Ohm and gave them as well the activity, after 30 minutes of answering I reminded 10
ohm that I will be giving them a quiz the following day same as with Riemann.

April 28, 2023

Day Five– Week Seven
On the fourth day of class, the career guidance for grades 10 and 12 continues for 10 Riemann I
again administered their 30- item quiz while waiting for my coordinating teacher to arrive and
start continue their career guidance activity. While 10 Riemann continuous with their career
guidance activity, I went to Ohm and administer the quiz with them as well. After the quiz I went
back to 10 Riemann and helped Sir kawaguchi in administering the Career Guidance until 12:00
noon. Because every Friday DPLMHS scheduled class is half day only.
