    TO LEARNERS:
    SCHOOLS Validates learners condition;
    Report your classmate/s to teacher who is not feeling
    FLOW CHART
    well or has colds/cough and is feverish Reports the condition of the learner to School Head/ School
    Nurse

    TO BHERTs: TO SCHOOL HEAD/SCHOOL NURSE:


    Refers the sick learner/s to the RHU / MHO if needed Notify the family / parents / guardian of the sick learner/s;
    Refers the sick learner/s to the BHERTs

    NOTE:
    1. The same process shall be observed for teachers and other personnel who will exhibit symptoms of infection.
    2. Learners, Teachers, and other personnel evaluated by School Health Personnel shall strictly observed the advised of Health Personnel.
    3. School Health Personnel / School Head will closely monitor the condition of the learner, teachers and other personnel.
