lane(s) can be closed without exceed a critical length of
queue or maximum acceptable delay (to be shown on the
output option 1 tab below). Delay & Queue Estimation
will compute those measures for a given start time, end
time, and number of lanes closed (shown on output option
2 tab below).

WORK INTENSITY FACTOR, I
Work intensity refers to the influence that work activities and their proximity to traffic have on work zone capacity.
Some suggested values to consider using for the work intensity value are provided below. If none of these are appropriate us

RAMP FACTOR, R
The ramp factor accounts for traffic entering the roadway close enough to a lane closure to affect capacity.
If an entrance ramp is within 1500 feet of the merge taper, enter the average hourly volume expected to use the ramp (up to

f these are appropriate use "0" for this factor.
NTENSITY FACTOR, I
A negative value will increase the capacity through the work zone
A positive value will decrease the capacity through the work zone
