    CONDUCT OF MID-YEAR PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EVALUATION AND


    SCHOOL-BASED INSET

    1. DepEd Order No. 034, s. 2022, School Calendar and Activities for School
    Year 2022-2023 stipulates that February 6-10, 2023 is scheduled for a 5-
    Day Mid-year Break for learners and shall be spent for the conduct of the
    Midyear Performance Review and Evaluation and the School-Based INSET
    for Teachers.
    2. In adherence to this, Luan Elementary School shall conduct a Review of
    Individual Performance Commitment and Review using the IPCRF for
    Teachers on the first 2 days , February 6 & 7, 2023 and school shall
    conduct a 3-Day School-Based In-Service Training on February 8-10,
    2023.
    3. Participant to these activities are all the teachers at Luan Elementary
    School of Dulag North District.
    4. Facilitators of this activity are the Lead Teacher, Master Teacher/ Rater
    and the School Head.
    5. Materials and supplies needed for this activity shall be charged to school
    MOOE except for food and transportation of participants and personnel.
    6. Everyone is enjoined to observe proper decorum and official time.
    7. Compliance with this memorandum is desired.
