1. Explore the difference between outsourcing training and in-house training.

Answer:
Outsourcing is a kind of hiring outside of the company or organization. It is a training
that can provide benefits to the company to have a new idea for the organization. While in-
house training is an indirect training to the existing employee. It gives the employee a new
work and operations within the organization they belong. It will less hassle to the company to
find a new employee.

2. Which of the following is best for a company? Outsourcing or in-house. Explain your
answer.

Answer:
For me outsourcing training is the best for a company because it can give the company a
new idea and get an information what is happening outside the organization. It can help the
company to have a new strategy in their organization and follow what is trends outside the
company. Even though it will take time again for the company to train a new employee and
for the new employee they needed again to adopt a new work environment to have a
comfortable working space. Also, outsourcing has an more ideas because they came from the
other company that they can apply it to the organization.
