General progress of the prototype
Four our proyect, the progress that will be delivered is
approximately 80% of the final project, since it is being
covered with the mechanical part of the machine, it´s
structure, as well as it´s electrical operation,
documentation and simulations were also carried out,
so we only need to cover the observations that teachers
make in our presentation of the integrative task.

The materials that were used were:

1-inch steel structure, 1 Siemens 1 HP 115-230V single-phase
electric motor, 1 Hi Power II A52 band, 1 Worm reducer, 20
meters of 12-gauge cable, 1 Start, stop and pop-up stop
button, A control center load for thermomagnetic switches and
2 thermomagnetic switches of 30 Amps.

The approximate cost for the project to be

carried out is 20,902.00 pesos, all this is
close to the price, since it can increase or
decrease depending on the materials
required.

Explanation of prototype developent

First, the design of the machine was carried out with the adaptation in
the Solidworks simulador.
Then the quite was made for the adaptations that were made to the
machine un order to request the necessary budget from the
organization sponsoring the project.
A person was sought to make the parts required for the adaptations
of the machine

Simulations of the electrical circuito that would be Made

for the machine were also made
Subsequently,the parts were assembled to make the
adaptations in the machine
The electrical circuit was made ando installed on the
machine

The necessary test were carried out yo confirm the correct

electrical operation of the machine
Finally,the necessary mechanical adjustments were made to
correct errors presented in the test carried out.
