    CONTROL UNIT V1.6 UPDATE

    OVERVIEW:
    AFEX has identified a condition which can cause the Control Unit to present a beeping tone without displaying any 
    errors. In Configuration and Test modes this condition will appear as a flashing silence light. The condition does not affect 
    the functionality of the system. 

    A programming solution for this condition has been implemented with Control Unit software version 1.6, which will begin 
    shipping immediately. 

    PREVENTING/CLEARING THE CONDITION (V1.5 OR EARLIER):


    After your installation is completed and the Control Unit has been configured, disconnect and reconnect the Control Unit 
    harness to reboot the Control Unit, which will prevent the condition from occurring. 

    If you are servicing an existing installation that presents a beeping tone or flashing silence light without an error message, 
    disconnect and reconnect the Control Unit harness to reboot the Control Unit and the condition will clear. If it does not
