AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT executed by and among, SALVACION PILLADO, RHODA


ALVAREZ (REP. OF RICARDO RICO), LYDIA RICO (REP. OF NELSON RICO),
ANGELINA ROQUERO, and EMILLY SAMILLANO, of legal ages, Filipino citizens,
and residents of Barangay Pandanan, Valderrama, Antique, hereinafter referred to as the
FIRST PARTY; and

GEMMA R. AQUINO, JOLLY RICO, BLAS RICO, JOSIE DOLIETE and


RITCHEN RICO (REP. OF ALFREDO RICO) of legal ages, Filipino citizens, and
residents of Pandanan, Valderrama, Antique, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY,

WITNESSETH, THAT:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY, are the surviving heirs
of LORETO RICO, who died intestate in __________ ;

WHEREAS, LORETO RICO, was one of the ARBs under the Comprehensive
Agrarian Reform Program in Pandanan, Valderrama, Antique;

WHEREAS, LORETO RICO owned 3 parcels of lands [ Lot 43 (1.9632 Has.), Lot
No. 50 (1.2909 Has.) and Lot No. 155 ( 1.0858 Has.) , all in Parcel 1) when combined had a
total aggregate agricultural landholdings of 4.3399 hectares;

WHEREAS, under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program the Agrarian


Reform Beneficiary will only have a maximum area of three (3) hectares;

WHEREAS, to be included in the SPLIT PROJECT of the DEPARTMENT OF


AGRARIAN REFORM for individual titling, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY
agree under the following terms and conditions:

1. The FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY shall agree that LOT NO.
43, PARCEL 1 with an area of 1.9632 hectares; LOT NO. 50, PARCEL 1
with an area of 1.2909 hectares; and LOT NO. 155, PARCEL 1, with an area
of 1.0858 hectares, of the Decedent are still considered common properties
of the heirs;

2. The FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY shall agree that after the
issuance of individual titles for their properties, they shall divide equally
among themselves the said properties according to their family’s agreement;

3. The FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY agree that LOT 43 shall be
in the name of ANGELINA ROQUERO;
4. The FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY agree that LOT 50 shall be
in the name of GEMMA R. AQUINO;
5. That LOT NO. 155 shall be in the name of the decedent LORETO RICO;

6. This AGREEMENT is not contrary to law, good customs, public order, and
public policy, and the same has been entered into by the Parties, out of their
own volition; and

7. This AGREEMENT embodies the entire agreement of the Parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have hereunto set their hands this ____day of
December 2021, in Pandanan, Valderrama, Antique.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the Province of Antique, on this______ day of ____, 2021 in
San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, personally appeared SALVACION PILLADO, RHODA
ALVAREZ, LYDIA RICO, ANGELINA ROQUERO, EMILLY SAMILLANO ,
GEMMA R. AQUINO, JOLLY RICO, BLAS RICO, JOSIE DOLIETE and RITCHEN
RICO, who have satisfactorily proven their identities to me through their government issued IDs, that they are
the same persons who executed and voluntarily signed the foregoing AGREEMENT, which they acknowledged
before me as their own free and voluntary act and deed.

This document, consisting of THREE (3) pages, including the page on which this Acknowledgment is
written, has been signed by the Parties and their instrumental witnesses on all pages, and the same relates to the
AGREEMENT between the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY in relation to the individual titling of the
Lots under the SPLIT PROJECT OF DAR.
